We are proud of the work we do. But don't take our word for it...

Tru Caring have been my salvation. As I live 6 hours away from my brother Dennis, they provided him with diligent and professional care for almost two years. Tru Caring staff provided twice daily visits to assist my brother in many ways, including taking his medication, personal hygiene, simple meals, reading mail if asked and, not least, befriending and providing companionship.

I was always informed immediately of any issues or concerns about my brother’s welfare.

Dennis was almost

housebound and the carers provided supervised weekly visits to the local shops, the one time he got out of the house and could also buy his own things to supplement the online shopping I did with him over the phone. My brother had numerous seizures and stays in hospital. On several occasions it was Tru Caring staff who found my brother on the floor and responded in a professional manner, calling the ambulance, informing me immediately and assisting until medical help arrived.

Due to his frequent hospital admissions, I arranged a retention with TruCaring so Dennis could be discharged with no delay, the hospital liaising directly with the company.

Tru Caring were so much better than the previous care providers, both in the diligence and reliability of the visiting carers and also in the supervising management, who were on the ball the whole time and phoned me whenever necessary.

When my brother passed away in hospital they even attended his funeral, which demonstrates the care and relationships they developed with Dennis. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tru Caring if you are seeking the very best of care for your loved one.

The wonderful team at Tru Caring supported our Grandmother, so that she could continue living in her own home.  Nothing was too much trouble for the carers and it was reassuring to us, as a family, to know that she was very well looked after.  Communication was excellent and it was really helpful to be able to view the visit notes each day.  As time went by, the carers felt more like family members and our Grandmother looked forward to their visits.  They really are such a special group of people.
