Join Our Team

We are always looking for the right people to join our friendly, caring team.

Do I need experience or qualifications?

Are you friendly?

Are you kind and empathetic?

Do you want to make a difference and give back to your community?

These are the qualifications that matter. We provide full training and carefully induct new staff into their roles, so even if you have no previous experience, we will support you to get to know your colleagues, our clients and their routines, and make sure you are comfortable with your role and responsibilities before working alo

What hours will I work?

All of our Home Care Assistants are unique - just like you. And they all have their own circumstances. Whether you work full-time or part-time, mornings, afternoons, evenings or a combination of all three, we work with you to find a schedule that works for you as well as our Clients.

What does the role of a Home Care Worker involve?

All of our Clients are different, which means that two days are never the same! Our main aim is to help our Clients maintain their independence, and make sure they are safe, happy and healthy.

Broadly speaking, the main elements of our support involve personal care, support with medication, meal preparation, light cleaning, shopping, transport for outings and appointments, as well as simple companionship. Have a look at our Services page to find out more, or give us a call to discuss the role with one of our office team.

Will I be travelling long distances?

We group our Clients together by location, and try to give you shifts that are close to where you live. It's in our interest to keep your travel to a minimum, so that's what we do! In fact, we have entire shifts where all the Clients are in the same street, or even the same building!

Do I get fuel expenses?

Yes, we pay a generous 40p per mile to cover your fuel costs between Clients - more than most of our competitors.

Will I have guaranteed hours?

Yes. Your hours may fluctuate a little as we gain and lose Clients, but we do guarantee a minimum number of hours for each staff member.

Will I have to pay for a DBS/CRB check, or PPE?

No. We cover all costs related to your employment, including your DBS check, Personal Protective Equipment, uniforms and training.

Will I get holiday pay and sick pay?

Yes. We employ our Home Care Assistants on permanent contracts as employed workers, so you have full entitlement to statutory holiday pay and sick pay.

Do you offer Sponsorship?

We hold an A rated Sponsorship licence with the Home Office. If you require Sponsorship to work in the UK, we can offer this.
